“We’re really lucky there’s only one of you in the world”, I was told by a colleague, which had me laughing as much when I heard it as when I told Frank about it.

I loved hearing that.
Because it’s true. One of me is plenty.
And also, because… It’s what’s “mine to do”. My job here on Earth is being Me.

No one else.
But me.

If instead, I hide, shy away from, keep quiet when I have something to share, regardless of the arena, situation or moment, then I am NOT bringing me to the table. Doesn’t mean I always do.
But when I don’t, I don’t beat myself up over it. That’s a practice I stopped years ago. I do appreciate the occasional reminder though:

I’m here to bring me to the table.
And that goes for you too.
